Grouterra uses Priority Mail for most small ground shipments and FedEx for all larger and express shipments. Rates are shown at checkout based on weight and delivery options.

Orders are shipped FOB from Grouterra within 3 business days. If there are any delays or back ordered goods, customer will be notified and offered the option of canceling or modifying their order.
